- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was a loyal customer for several years with keepsake diamonds but after today I will no longer do business with them. Last Christmas I purchased a ring for my wife and made the agreement for 12 months payments on the remaining balance. I was missed lead about the finance charges. I was so disappointed with the lack of customer service that I decided to pay off my remaining balance. I will no longer do business with keepsake diamonds and encourage other people not to shop there.By DTU4LIFE, October 20, 2016
