- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was shopping at Safeway, I had $2 in coins all silver no pennies I wanted to cash in. The snotty teller acted like I was interrupting her conversation with her fellow employee. When she found out I didn't have a Wells Fargo account she was happy to tell me she couldn't do it. Are you kidding? It's not like I brought in a bucket of pennies. It was $2!!!! In quarters dimes and nickels. I will never have a Wells Fargo account now, and my wife will be closing hers today. Ridiculous!By Will Campbell, August 07, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆horrible. everytime I go there they tell me I need to deposit my check and cant cash it until one or two days. the computer sometimes says it "recommends a deposit" get it recommends, not that I have to. its happened to some of my co-workers also. on top of that the people at this branch are so lame, they never want to make it right. I then go to one on S. MAIN and they always make it right. they never even show that " recommend thing in the computer, and one time when it did do it, they made it right. This is happened to me at this location like four times, I dont think personel here management, or anyone at this branch knows what customer appreciation is.By Gil Mota, October 26, 2016
