  Paid for a transmission rebuild under warranty and signed a contract. The transmission went out again and was told I needed to pay $600 to get it rebuilt again due to the transmission being loose. I restated the fact that I had a warranty and not even three months at passed he then proceeded to drop the price an additional $200 which is still unacceptable since I paid for a warranty. I now have a dead truck and was told that my stuff will be removed from the truck and a lein will be placed on my truck. I have been threatened and treated unfairly, the goal is to rip people off and do piss poor work. I will be contacted the better business bureau to report the company and am currently considering small claims court since I just paid $1250 in April and it's now August and the transmission is already dead again

  Our 2005 Dodge Ram (189k miles) was having transmission problems (sometimes the engine would rev up without engaging the next gear at around 20 mph, the rest of the time it would not shift to higher gears). I talked to the Technician and he said to bring it in for a free evaluation. He took a look at it and gave it a test drive. He gave me a thorough explanation of his findings and what was likely going on inside the transmission. All of his explanations made sense and fit the symptoms that we have observed. The diagnosis was that there are likely lots of metal bits floating around and burned clutch material. It needed to be rebuilt. After talking to my old lady we decided to rebuild it given that this Truck has a value and we heavily use it. He did not try to push any repairs and was completely honest about the situation.
